Kids Yoga Classes

Classes designed specifically for our little ones.

Toddler Yoga

(Ages 1-3, with caregiver)

This positive and fun 4-week yoga series is for the littlest yogis and their caregivers, and explores simple yoga poses, while incorporating stories, music and playful yoga games. The classes focus on fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, sensory and physical exploration, social skills, and parent-child bonding. All are welcome, including additional siblings who fall outside of the recommended age group (separate registration is required). All equipment and materials will be provided.

Preschool Yoga

(Ages 2.5-5, with caregiver)

Come stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax, create, and have FUN! These classes will include age-appropriate yoga and movement- including breathing, poses, games, stories, music, relaxation, meditation, and more. Your little yogi will get to practice fine and gross motor skills, social and group skills, and begin to learn mindfulness and breathing/calming tools. All are welcome, including siblings who fall outside of the recommended age range (separate registration is required). All equipment and materials will be provided.

Yoga & Mindfulness for Tweens

(Ages 8-13)

This yoga series provides a non-competitive environment for teens and preteens to explore more complex poses (asanas) than in classes for younger children as well as breathing exercises, movement games, mindfulness activities, and much-needed relaxation techniques.

Participants will learn techniques to support their inner Knowing, trust their inner Knowing and connect to their bodies in a loving way, while still being playful and fun. Classes often revolve around a philosophical theme and may include discussion or journaling.
