We’re excited to present our Functional Wellness Series with Dr. Stacey Bean! Hosted at The Yoga Space, this series is open to the public and focuses on insightful presentations with ample time for discussion.
Our new Karma Yoga initiative revolves around pay-it-forward practices, celebrating the beauty of both giving and receiving. Through this program, students now have the opportunity to “gift classes” to community members who are navigating challenging seasons.
