There’s no one reason or benefit to practice yoga. Studies have shown that a regular practice can not only improve the body’s strength, flexibility, and balance, but can actually reduce blood pressure, improve sleep quality, and decrease stress levels, to name a few benefits. Healthy alignment teaches the body to function the way it should, which can help you out of the type of pain caused by dysfunctional movement patterns and repetitive poor posture.
We highly recommend you pre-register online for the classes you plan to attend. Space is limited due to COVID-19 social distancing measures and spots fill on a first come, first served basis. You can reserve classes up to 7 days in advance. If you reserve your space prior to class, you are guaranteed a spot which is good, and you are also more likely to make it to the class which is even better!
If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly do so at least 2 hours before class so that we can release your spot to someone else. The most convenient way to cancel is by clicking the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button at the end of your class confirmation email.
Yes! We offer 3 weeks (21 days) of unlimited classes for $35. This offer is only available to new students who are attending the studio for the first time. Only one intro offer per person.
Membership is our way of making yoga available to all — from the once a week warrior to the daily practitioner. These are our most affordable payment options.
Membership Terms & Agreement:
Memberships run on a month-to-month basis with no extended contracts. First month’s payment is required to sign up and is not refundable or transferable. Membership commences on the date of sign up and monthly amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted.
Member agrees to leave a valid credit card on file and authorizes The Yoga Space to charge this credit card an automatic withdrawal each month. If your card number changes, expires, or you have a change of address, you must update your information in our web-scheduler www.yogaspacemounthoreb.com/schedule, or notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days before your next scheduled monthly payment so that we can update your information. A $10/month penalty fee may be assessed if your card information is not updated and your scheduled monthly auto-pay is unsuccessful. The Yoga Space reserves the right to cancel your membership after any unsuccessful charge attempt. The Yoga Space is not responsible for any fees assessed by your bank or credit card provider for lack of funds, overcharges, or any other fees.
Your membership will auto-renew each month indefinitely until you cancel your month-to-month contract. You can cancel your membership free of charge anytime. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-payment has gone through under any circumstances.

PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Need a temporary break from your practice? Whatever the case may be, we’re happy to pause your Membership for up to 60 days in any 12-month period. Kindly email your Pause Request to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days before your desired pause start date. This option allows you to maintain any discounts associated with your membership.
IN CASE OF INJURY/ILLNESS
If you’re unable to practice as the result of injury or illness, we will gladly pause your membership. Please inform us by email to email@example.com. When you’re ready to resume your practice, we’ll ask you to bring us a doctor’s note, indicating that you are healthy and able to resume practice. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to re-activate your account.
Class packages expire one year from the date first used. They are not transferable to friends or family.
For our regular classes, children must be at least 12 years old to attend with a parent, and 16 to attend alone.
We do offer classes for young children as well. Our Kids Yoga classes are created for children ages 5-8. In the future, we hope to add Toddler Yoga for children ages 2-4.
